Technical result is achieved by determining a first transfer rate based on a second refresh rate and setting the current second transfer rate to the first transfer rate, wherein the first transfer rate is equal to the transfer rate of static image data and lower than the second transfer rate; or transferring data at the current second transfer rate, wherein the data comprise two sets of valid data, between which one set of invalid data is inserted, wherein the valid data are static image data, and invalid data are not displayed on the screen; wherein the second transfer rate corresponds to the first refresh rate.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of adjusting the refresh rate of a displayed image.
