FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used to create a model of zero stage of osteonecrosis of the lower jaw of drug addicts when testing various methods of treatment and prevention of osteonecrosis of the jaws caused by artisanal methamphetamine. Method includes daily intragastric introduction in 3-month-old rats of model non-narcotic mixture obtained by reconstituting such medicine as Anarilin using iodine and red phosphorus, at a dose of 70–90 mg/kg for 12 weeks.
EFFECT: invention allows to create model of osteonecrosis of the lower jaw using molecular analogs of impurities, which can be formed during synthesis of methamphetamine in artisanal conditions.
