SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used to create aseptic osteonecrosis of the mandible when testing various ways of treating and preventing aminobisphosphonate osteonecrosis of jaws. Method of creating an experimental model of aseptic aminobisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the mandible consists in daily intraperitoneal administration of pamidronic acid to 3-6-month-old white rats at a dose of 40-80 mg / kg for 12-24 weeks.

EFFECT: method provides the creation of an osteonecrotic model allowing to increase the accuracy of the conducted studies without causing trauma (tooth extraction) in the absence of external clinical manifestations.
