SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to the conservative stage of the treatment of osteonecrosis of the jaws in maxillofacial surgery, and can be used in maxillofacial surgery, oncology and surgical dentistry. For the implementation of the proposed method of conservative treatment of bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws a composition containing polyglycol and Trilon B in ratio of 1:1.5 by weight is used, which is introduced into the fistulous passage, bone cavity from the side of the oral cavity, the hole of the extracted tooth or applications are applied to the surface of the bare bone defects. Polyethylene glycol is used as polyglycol in pure form or on the basis of ready-made ointment compositions, including levomecol, dioxycol, or oflomelide. Ointment composition is applied at least 3 times a day before the formation of a visible sequestral capsule.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing improved microcirculation and creating conditions for the emergence of a demarcation border between healthy tissues and the zone of osteonecrotic damage in the optimal time frame due to demineralizing effects.
