FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used to create a model of treating aseptic aminobisphosphonate osteonecrosis of lower jaw when examining recovery processes in mandibular bones. Method of treating aseptic bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of lower jaw in laboratory white rats experimentally involves administering pamidronic acid in dose of 60 to 150 mg/kg once day for 3 months to create a lower jaw osteonecrosis model, followed by intragastric daily administration of Trilon B aqueous solution in dose of 250 mg/kg for 1 month.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility to restore normal processes of lower jaw bone remodeling and leads to involution processes myelofibrotic and osteonecrotic changes.
