FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for batch production of medical feed, as well as vitamin, heat-labile and mineral additives, and can be used on livestock and poultry farms. Line includes a laboratory mill, a crusher-mixer and a mixer with a discharge device. Line is also equipped with a periodic-action crusher-mixer, which in the upper part is hermetically communicated through the unloading device with a laboratory mill, and in the lower part communicated with the mixer. 1/3 of the height of the lower part of the crushing chamber is occupied by the crusher, where a rotor with four rows of hammers and a cylindrical corrugated deck with a working gap between them 1–2 mm are placed coaxially. Remaining 2/3 of the volume of the upper part of the chamber is occupied by the construction of two truncated cones, communicated by small diameters, with an angle of inclination of the forming cones to the horizontal plane α=45°. Inner surface of the crusher chamber and the communicated cones with the rotating rotor form a steady continuous spiral flow of the processed mixture, constantly passing through the grinding zone along the height and the entire perimeter of the deck.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of medicinal feed.
