METHOD OF PREPARING THERAPEUTIC FODDERS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A23K10/00 A23N17/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, namely to a method for preparing therapeutic fodders. Method is characterized by that a primary premix is obtained, after which it is unloaded into a grinder-mixer for preparation of a secondary premix and filler is added. By means of rotating double-sided blade, sides of which are cut at angle of natural slope of mixture α=23–31°, mixture is clamped in gap of 0.6–1.2 mm, which is controlled by gaskets located between blade of blade and notch on working side of disk in form of Archimedes spiral. After that, double-sided blade evenly ejects mixture of ground mass onto inner concave spherical surface of grinder-mixer casing to produce secondary premixes, thus creating stable flow – fluidized bed. At that, for continuation of mixing of mixture in fluidized bed, fairing through annular gap directs mixture flow downwards to concave surface in volume of spherical screen with radius forming its surface equal to 2/3 of radius of ball body. Mixing process in grinder-mixer for production of secondary premixes takes place during 100–120 s. Then, the obtained secondary premix is poured into a large mixer, filler is added and the mixture is uniformly ejected with the help of a rotating double-sided blade along the entire perimeter of the ball sphere concave surface, lifting it upwards, to continue mixing of the mixture, the guiding fairing smoothly moves the fluidized bed from bottom to top in a top-down motion along the concave surface of the guide spherical screen, similar in design to the spherical screen in the grinder-mixer. Mixing process lasts 120–180 s, finished therapeutic fodder is unloaded into containers.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain a product with high degree of homogeneity.
