FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, namely to devices for preparation of premixes from medical preparations, vitamin and mineral additives with filler. Installation includes a laboratory mill for primary premixes and a grinder-mixer for secondary premixes connected to it. Spherical screen is concentrically installed in the spherical casing of the grinder-mixer. In grinder-mixer stirring unit flat blades are installed vertically by wide side along axis of drive shaft. Blade long side is parallel and adjoins working surface of disc with adjustable clearance of 0.6–1.2 mm and cut at angle of natural slope of mixture of 23–31°. Laboratory mixer for primary premixes is located above grinder-mixer and is tightly connected to it by means of connection pipes. Spherical screen installed in the grinder-mixer divides the volume of the mixer into zones of high and low pressure. Trajectory of motion of different particles varies. It promotes uniform mixing of components, generates material-air flow and directs it to the beginning of grinding zone.

EFFECT: use of invention provides higher quality of end product.
