SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicated fodders production method and can be used in the livestock and poultry farms. Medicated fodders production method of medicinal feed is characterized by the fact that it includes the primary premix preparation by means of the therapeutic drug and the filler portion mixing and grinding in the laboratory mill for 50–60 s. Next, performing the premix preparation by means of the produced primary premix combined simultaneous grinding and mixing with the filler portion in crusher-mixer for 60–70 s. At that, the mixed components continuous, steady supply into the crusher-mixer working zone with the rotating rotor is performed by the components mixture continuous movement up and down along the crusher-mixer chamber cylindrical and spherical inner surfaces, and from the top to the bottom is along the located inside the crusher-mixer two truncated cones internal surfaces, by small diameters communicated with the forming cones angle of inclination to the horizontal plane α = 45°. Next, performing the premix mixing with the filler portion for 100–120 s in the ball mixer in the fluidized bed mode, created by the rotor shaft blade inclined fixed to the horizontal plane at angle of 30°, with the medicated fodders production. Wherein the laboratory mill, crusher-mixer and ball mill for the medicated fodders production are air-tight interconnected.

EFFECT: invention allows to achieve the therapeutic drug with the filler mixing uniformity (homogeneity) of 95 %.
