SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, to methods for preparation of premixes from medical preparations, vitamin and mineral additives with filler. Disclosed is a method for mixing therapeutic preparations, vitamin and mineral additives with filler, which is carried out in two stages, first, the primary premix is prepared in a laboratory mill and mixed for 60 with a convective method at a ratio of the preparation and filler of 1:3, after the primary premix is poured into an intermixing mixer for secondary premixes, adding 20 % of the established dose of filler thereto and mixing 100–120 s, mixing is carried out simultaneously by two methods: by diffusion method with combined crushing of preparations and filler in gap between working face of blade and notch along Archimedean spiral on working side of disc, for this purpose, flat blades are installed with wide side along axis of drive shaft, and long side of blade, parallel and adjacent to working surface of disk with adjustable clearance of 0.6–1.2 mm, is cut at angle of natural slope of mixture 23–31°, and convective method in pseudo fluidised bed mode in pressure zone near inner surface of ball and vacuum zone at vertical axis of ball, created by separation of ball volume by spherical surface along neutral line located at distance of 2/3 R_b – ball radius, and continuous stable supply of mix material-air flow with flat vertical blades of grinder-mixer, wherein laboratory mill and grinder-mixer are interconnected tightly.

EFFECT: invention provides a closed controlled, stable process of mixing.
