SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular, to the method for producing nanocapsules, and describes the method for producing nanocapsules of milk thistle extract in a shell of guar gum. Method is characterized by the fact that the dry extract of milk thistle is added to a suspension of guar gum in methanol in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 800 rpm, 5 ml of cyclohexane are then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature, the core: shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
