FIELD: nanotechnologies; medicine; food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing nanocapsules of dry wormwood extract is characterized by that dry extract of wormwood is added to suspension of guar gum in isopropanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring at 850 rpm, then cyclohexane is added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.

EFFECT: method for obtaining nanocapsules of dry wormwood extract is proposed.
