SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the preparation of preparations of subcellular fractions of a tularemia microbe, including the production by growing a culture of Francisella tularensis with its subsequent inactivation, separation from low molecular weight impurities, isolation of the target product. Method is characterized by the fact that the drug obtained by the proposed method can be used to study the enzymatic activity, for which, inactivation and disintegration of the bacterial mass, regardless of the subspecies, is carried out with a sterile urea solution by mixing the bacterial mass at a concentration of 40 billion m.sup./ml and 9 M urea solution in a ratio of 1:1 at room temperature for 24 hours, the preparation was cleaned by differential centrifugation.

EFFECT: advantage of the proposed method lies in the simplicity, reproducibility for strains of different subspecies and virulence, reducing labor-intensive and time-consuming due to reduction of stages in the work, makes it possible to work with disinfected biological material that retains enzymatic activity.
