FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for stabilising tularemia vaccine strain consists in introducing a gene recA deletion into a chromosomal DNA F, tularensis 15/10 with a suicide plasmid pPYΔrecA as a result of the allelic exchange of the modified DNA fragment with the deleted gene recA and a homologous region of the chromosomal DNA of the vaccine strain.
EFFECT: invention enables avoiding reversion of the vaccine properties and promotes the consistency of a genome of the vaccine tularemia microbial strain.
