FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular for monitoring the use and ecological state of the natural as well as man-made environments: atmosphere, water, subsoil, soil, biological resources, man-made objects, intersections by linear objects (oil and gas pipelines) of water barriers: rivers, reservoirs, lakes, marshes and others, land for the purpose of obtaining a general picture of the state of the controlled territory, early detection and location of deviations from the existing requirements. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that, in contrast to the above prototypes, a new technological solution is proposed, aimed at automation and autonomy of an integrated monitoring system of the natural environment. Aim of the invention is the creation of a complex of interdependent and interrelated monitoring of the ecological status and use of natural areas. Objective of the invention is the analysis and monitoring of the state of natural and man-made environments for areal and linear objects located on land, under water and on the water surface, by combining information flows in a single Center for Integrated Environmental Monitoring (CIEM), functioning based on the use of modern remote sensing methods using metadata geoportals and portals.
EFFECT: to solve this problem, a new method of integrated environmental monitoring (IEM) is developed, which differs from the prototypes in that when it is used, the same type of IEM cycles are performed at least once every five years on the basis of statistical analysis of integrated information flows, identifying the most informative observational indicators for the purpose of updating, clustering within the established environmental territories and developing IEM programs based on remote sensing methods and obtaining information online.
