FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Method of degumming formulations containing triglycerides, comprising the steps of: a) contacting a formulation containing triglycerides with an enzyme composition comprising a first enzyme component comprising phospholipase A1 and phospholipase A2, and a second enzyme component containing at least one protease, and b) separating the phospholipids and related impurities from the composition containing triglycerides, in which, prior to contacting in step a), the composition containing triglycerides, contact with water and/or an aqueous acid solution, but the aqueous phase before step a) is not separated.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the yield of oil.
