FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents DNA molecule, coding polypeptide, which possesses phpspholipase activity, in fact, without lipase activity, with DNA molecule sequence preferably originating from Aspergillus and more preferably from Aspergillus fumigatus. Invention also relates to polypeptide, coded by said DNA molecule, expression construct, host-cell, plasmid, which contain such DNA molecule.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively use polypeptide by invention for vegetable oil degumming, preparation of dough and/or bakery products, dairy products, as additive to forage and for processing of textile materials.
