SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing dry extract of devil's-club is characterized by the fact that the dry extract of devil's-club is added to a suspension of guar gum in hexane in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then acetonitrile is added, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, while the mass ratio of core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method for the preparation of nanocapsules of dry extract of devil's-club is proposed.
