SUBSTANCE: use: for X-ray fluorescence analysis. Summary of invention is that hand tool for X-ray fluorescence analysis contains a housing and a handle, an X-ray fluorescence measuring device located in the housing and contains a radiation source, be means of which the primary beam is directed to the measurement surface of the measurement object through the exit window, a detector located in the housing and configured to detect the secondary radiation emitted by the measurement surface of the measurement object, a data processing device located in the housing and configured to control at least one display located on or connected to the housing, while the exit window is located at the end of the front side of the first section of the housing, while on the first section of the housing at least one positioning element is located designed for this exit window, on at least one additional section of the housing, at a distance from the exit window and on the first housing section at least one support element is located and the hand tool is aligned with the measurement surface after positioning the measurement object on the measurement surface using the at least one positioning element and above at least one support element, moreover, it is positioned independently with respect to the measurement surface in the measurement position.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a hand tool for X-ray fluorescence analysis, containing an X-ray fluorescence measuring device, as well as a mobile device for X-ray fluorescence analysis, which can be transported as a single unit, as well as simple and reliable operation both as a desktop tool and as a hand tool.
