SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport installation (10) designed and configured to transport fish across its lengthwise direction in a transport direction T and containing conveyor device (11) for transportation of separate separated fish in down position along transport path TL from conveyor device (E) loading zone E to its unloading zone A. Conveyor device (11) comprises transporting element (12) actuated with possibility of rotation. Plant differs in that conveyor device (11) corresponds to adapter (13), which is designed and is made with conveyor device (11) and is functionally connected to it so that fish can be transferred automatically from lying position on tract TL of conveyor device (11) into suspended position on path TH of adapter (13). Invention also relates to fish processing machine (47) containing such transportation unit (10), and to corresponding method.
EFFECT: invention ensures fish processing with high efficiency irrespective of its quality.
