FIELD: biological samples processing.

SUBSTANCE: modules for generating digital images of biological samples for a biological sample incubation chamber. The module contains a digital optical unit and a unit for moving containers with biological samples, including a means for angular movement of the container in the horizontal plane, made in the form of a rotary disk placed on a fixed platform with two cells for placing containers. The container moving unit additionally contains at least two means for moving containers in the vertical direction, made in the form of an elevator with platforms for placing containers, and a means for moving the container in the horizontal direction. One of the means for moving containers in the vertical direction is configured to move the container from an upper position above the level of the rotary disk to a lower position at the level of the platform with placement of the container in one of the cells of the rotary disk, which is a receiving cell, and back. The second means for moving containers in the vertical direction is configured to move the container from a given cell of the rotary disk after its angular movement, to a level below the level of the fixed platform, and back. The means for moving the container in the horizontal direction is configured to transport the container to the digital optical unit for photographing. The digital imaging system contains two modules for digital imaging, one of which is located above the entrance window of the incubation chamber, the second is located under the entrance window of the incubation chamber, with the entrance window located in the front wall of the incubation chamber in its central part.
