FIELD: training simulators; sport.
SUBSTANCE: trainer for a football player is proposed, containing a cable made of flexible material, one end of which is made with the possibility of fixing it on the back of the trainee at his waist, while the cable is provided with a clamp to adjust its length. There is a flexible additional cable, made with the possibility of connection with the legs of the trainee in their ankles and serves as a limiter for the length of the stride of the trainee, the free end of the cable, made with the possibility of fixing on the back of the exerciser, is movably connected to an additional cable and is an automatic regulator of its sagging between the feet of the practitioner while walking or running in the range of a limited step length.
EFFECT: provides multifunctional use of the simulator and at the same time simplifies its design due to its formation as a collapsible, which is converted into a simulator when it is fixed on the body of a football player.
