FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energetics, in particular to power plants based on internal combustion engines, and can be used as a power source in mobile or stationary power plants. Power plant installation (1) contains engine (2) and housing (3) to protect engine (2). Housing includes first wall (4), which contains container (8). Engine (2) is not placed in the container during use. Method for assembling the power plant and the power plant are disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fast and reliable installation of the power plant using containers as a power plant housing.
