FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to annihilate a water flow in end devices of closed pipelines and tunnel culverts. Damper contains conduit 1, vertical well 2, on the walls of the well there are nozzles 4 and 5, directed tangentially to the conventional body of rotation 6 of water. Clamp 7 is installed above the nozzles, which is formed by bending inside the volume of well 2, and/or an aerodynamic clamp, which is formed by air jets supplied from nozzles installed on the walls of the well. Nozzles 4 and 5 are simultaneously oriented down towards conduit 1. Nozzles 4 and 5 have a supply of compressed air from a power source in the form of compressor 8 into the cavity of well 2 filled with water flow. Above output pinch 7 in expanding chamber 9 an immersion U-shaped horizontal shelf is installed in the form of a ring with the possibility of controlling the height of the movement relative to the above conventional body of rotation 6 in chamber 9. Mechanism of change 11 of the gap can be made in the form of a screw pair to move the submersible U-shaped horizontal shelf 10. Vertical well 2 in its upper part is equipped with outlet 14 with discharge tray 13, the bottom of which is connected to discharge pipe 15 with regulating valve 16.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to reduce bottom velocities in the stream, to increase the reliability of the device operation, and also to reduce the cost of construction.
