FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: prosthetic valve replacement system comprises a valve stent and a valve clamping and fixing device interacting with the valve stent. Device for clamping and fixing the valve is made in the form of a clamping mechanism of the valve and a tightening element for clamping the flaps of its own valve. Tightening element is at least partially arranged on the clamping mechanism of the valve. Valve clamping mechanism comprises a first part in the form of a clamping half and a second part in the form of a clamping half, and the first part in the form of a clamping half and the second part in the form of a clamping half are configured to grip and clamp different flaps of its own valve. Tightening element is attached to the distal end of the first part in the form of a clamping half and to the distal end of the second part in the form of a clamping half and forms a closed loop surrounding the clamping mechanism of the valve. Valve clamping and fixing device is configured to take the first shape and the second shape, and the second shape follows the first shape. Clamping mechanism of the valve is configured to grip and clamp the flaps of its own valve, and the tightening element is in the form of relaxation when the device for clamping and fixing the valve is in the first mould. After radial expansion of the valve stent, the valve clamping and fixing device is in the second mould. With radial expansion of the valve stent, the tightening element is configured to move the flaps of its own valve upwards and tighten the valve stent.
