FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and namely to a device for clamping a valve and a system for clamping a valve, in particular, to a device for clamping a valve and a system for clamping a valve in the treatment of cardiac valve regurgitation. A device for clamping a valve for treating mitral regurgitation has the first clamping component, the second clamping component, and a fixing component for fixing the first clamping component and the second clamping component. The first clamping component has at least two first clamping levers. The second clamping component contains a corresponding number of second clamping arms. Each first clamping arm and the corresponding second clamping arm are combined into a pair of clamps. The distal ends of at least one part of the first clamping arms have the first protrusions on the outside and the second protrusions on the inside along the clamping direction of the first clamping arms. The first clamping arms and the second clamping arms, respectively, have clamping teeth that are mutually reciprocal to each other. A system for clamping a valve for the treatment of mitral regurgitation has a catheter sheath, a dilator, a transvalvular device, a transport device, a push rod, a loading device, the first clamping component and the second clamping component.
EFFECT: use of the inventions reduces damage to the valve during movement, facilitates user gripping of the valve and improves clamping efficiency.
