SUBSTANCE: invention relates to train air conditioning controls. System includes an ambient temperature measurement unit, an ambient temperature determination unit; central processing unit of the controller, which controls the system to switch to the operating mode of the device, if the block for determining the ambient temperature determines that the environmental conditions with extremely low temperatures are satisfied, the input unit of the train service signal at a low temperature, the unit for determining abrupt changes in ambient temperature, the unit for determining protection against frost penetration. Central processing unit of the controller controls the system to switch to train maintenance mode at a low temperature, if there is a sharp change in ambient temperature, and starts the anti-frost protection mode of the air conditioning system if the anti-frost protection detection unit is activated.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of adaptation of the train's climate control system to abrupt changes in the working environment temperature in regions with extremely low temperatures is achieved.
