SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, traumatology, neurosurgery, combustiology, and can be used when performing combined autoplasty. 20 ml of autologous platelet-rich plasma at a concentration of 1.4 * 10⁹/l are used for a wound defect in front of an autologous plastic, prepared from venous blood taken on the day of surgery and allogeneic frozen dermal fibroblasts of the 3rd passage in physiological NaCl 0.9 % solution at a final concentration of 2.0 million cells in 1 ml at the rate of not less than 35 thousand cells per 1 cm² wound surfaces by irrigation; and allogenic frozen dermal fibroblasts of the 3rd passage in a physiological solution of NaCl 0.9 % are used on the autoomentum under the skin autograft at a final concentration of 2.0 million cells in 1 ml at the rate of consumption of at least 40 thousand cells per 1 cm² by irrigation. Gland filling of deep wound defects with simultaneous skin autoplasty on the face is an alternative to face transplantation and/or reduces the indications during long-term reconstructive surgeries.

EFFECT: method allows to create conditions for rapid engraftment and epithelization of the skin autograft on the omentum in connection with the use of fibroblasts; create conditions for full-fledged adaptation of the autoomentum on deep anatomical structures in connection with the use of fibroblasts and plasma enriched with platelets; when exposing deep anatomical structures in one operation, close the wound defect, prevent the development of infectious complications, thereby preserving the life of the injured.
