FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery, and can be used in treating bronchial fistulas. For this purpose, postoperative period after detecting by method of fibrobronchoscopy of bronchial fistula with size of more than 5 mm, dermal allofybroblasts are thawed and resuspended in 2 ml of 0.9 % physiological NaCl solution to final cell concentration 2.0×106 in a dose. Simultaneously, a temperature lysis of thrombocyte-enriched autologous plasma with the initial thrombocyte content of 1.85×109/l is performed to obtain 2 ml of autologous thrombocyte lysate. Obtained components are then mixed in a syringe. Syringe is connected to an endoscopic injector and 4–6 injections are made along the fistula perimeter in the submucosal layer, 1–2 mm from the edge of the fistula at distance of 1 mm at the same distance from each other. Procedure is repeated on 3rd and 5th days of treatment followed by cytological and histological control of the treatment results.
EFFECT: method provides eliminating postoperative defects of bronchi with size more than 5 mm due to early initiation of therapy with activated dermal all of fibroblasts.
