SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, in particular to devices for training athletes – figure skaters (hereinafter – an athlete), training their coordination (vestibular) training when performing precise movements under conditions of high angular velocities and moments of inertia. Disadvantage of the known technical solution is the complexity of the design and the inability to provide an external effect on the athlete during training with the aim of forming high coordination of movements when performing various combinations and elements (jumps, rotations, etc.) in figure skating, to form coordination of movements and control over the position of one’s body, as well as create additional resistance to improve physical development. Proposed device allows in the process of training the athlete to create additional external effects on his body, which will complicate the performed elements of figure skating and to further improve the quality of performance of these elements when performing at competitions without using this device.
EFFECT: formation of high coordination of movements, vestibular stability of the athlete when performing various combinations and elements of figure skating, as well as the creation of additional physical resistance to improve physical fitness.
