FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, in particular to training facilities for improvement of military coordination of readiness and development of power endurance for the purpose of their preparation for throwing grenade. Disadvantage of the known technical solution is the absence of the possibility of complex training of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus involved in the operation when throwing the grenade. Proposed device makes it possible to provide complex training of muscular-ligamentous apparatus of serviceman, to increase its power endurance, to improve grenade throwing technique.
EFFECT: provision of complex training of servicemen, development of necessary physical qualities, improvement of their coordination preparedness and technique of throwing grenades in any weather conditions, time of day and year, perfection of training process as a whole.
