SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by the presence of a basic electromechanical unit for rotation of a supporting horizontal platform (SHP), which includes a frame, an electric motor with reverse motion, a motor control unit, a rotation drive shaft with journal bearings, a belt drive pulley, a rotating supporting horizontal platform (SHP); a vertical structure, representing a demountable metal frame base for fixation of a basic electromechanical unit for rotation of a harness and electromechanical device for automated lifting of athlete; a basic electromechanical unit for harness drive rotation, including a frame, an electric motor with reverse motion, a motor control unit, a rotation drive shaft with journal bearings, a belt drive pulley, a harness rotation drive, a suspension rope, fixing belts; electromechanical device for automated lifting of athlete, including a motor with reverse motion, a motor control unit, a traction drive, a pull rope, anchor rods, guides to move the anchor rods; remote control switching the direction of rotation and having a rotational speed regulator; sensors of automatic lifting, responding in the moment of athlete jumping and giving a signal to the computer to pull and hold the athlete in an unsupported position; a computer creating the synchronicity of SHP and harness rotation, controlling the automatic harness lifting rope and programmable rotation of the SHP and harness.
