FIELD: military trainings.
SUBSTANCE: training means for improving coordination readiness and developing strength endurance among military personnel in order to prepare them for throwing hand grenades. A device for training and automatic control of hand movement when throwing hand grenades contains a seat on which a serviceman is placed, and the serviceman is wearing a vest, to which an arc is attached at the back, to each end of which one cable is attached, to the other ends of which loads are attached. In this case, all the cables pass through the flywheels, and a flywheel is also attached to the metal frame on a mount, through which a cable passes, one end of which is attached to the load on the guide, and the other to the clamp, which the serviceman holds with his hand, while in front of the serviceman at a certain distance and on the elevation there is a contact mounted on an adjustable support, and the contact is connected via electrical wires to a hand touch counter.
EFFECT: development of improvement of coordination readiness, establishment of the correct technique for throwing hand grenades in all weather conditions, and automation of quality control of performed movements are ensured.
