FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and physical education and relates to a gymnastic-rehabilitation simulator, which consists of several interconnected training modules. Each module contains a vertical support stand mounted on a stable base, a variable weight training weight, mounted for movement on less than two vertical guides attached to the stand, and a cable-block system. Specified training modules are turned to a common center, and the number of training modules is five, and in a preferred variant, they are interconnected by means of beams and a coupling in its center, which coincides with a center of an imaginary circle in which they are located. Angle between adjacent beams is 60...120°. Number of training modules is five.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous fixation of the limbs and the head of a patient in such a way that the position of the patient’s arms and legs can immediately take a medium-physiological position – it contributes to the rapid relief of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus, allows not only to perform movements in the same plane, but also various twisting and other exercises that will be physiologically relative to the work of the joints themselves; simulator allows the patient to move less relative to the simulator racks, which gives greater ease and convenience in working on it both to the patient and a rehabilitation specialist.
