FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular to the anodizing of titanium alloys, and can be used in traumatology, orthopedics and dentistry. Method includes anodizing the implant with a pulse current in a spark discharge at a voltage of 170–200 V and a temperature of 10–20 °C for 15–30 minutes with constant stirring in the electrolyte containing a solution of phosphoric acid with a concentration of 10 %, CaO powder to a supersaturated state and 10 % of hydroxyapatite powder with a dispersion of less than 70 microns, the electrolyte additionally contains 2.5–15 wt.% solution of chitosan, obtained by dissolving the dry powder of chitosan in acetic acid with a concentration of 4.5 %, and anodizing is conducted by passing a current of positive polarity with a voltage rise rate of 1–3 V/s, with a pulse repetition rate of 50 Hz and a pulse duration of 9.7 ms.
EFFECT: obtaining elastic and porous coatings on the implant.
