FIELD: biotechnology; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: degreasing the crushed cedar cake with hexane at a ratio of cedar cake:hexane of 1:5 for 30 min at 25 °C. Filtering the resulting suspension, washing the precipitate with hexane and air drying for 60 minutes until the moisture content of 10 %. Performing the degreased cedar cakes enzymatic hydrolysis with carbohydrases for 60 minutes. Inactivating the enzyme by the fermentable mixture heating to 70 °C for 15 min. Performing the enzymatic hydrolyzate alkaline extraction with 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 35 °C, water duty of 1:15 and duration of 60 minutes under stirring conditions of 150 rpm. Suspension is centrifuged at 4,000×g for 10 min and directing the supernatant to the two-stage purification (ultrafiltration using membranes with the pores diameter of 50 kDa at pH 7.0 and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography in the sodium chloride concentrations gradient). Performing the protein-vitamin product spray drying at a temperature of 65 °C, the solution in the drying chamber feed rate of 5 ml/min, the air flow rate of 20 m3/h for 20 s.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain the product with a high biological value (protein content, essential amino acids, vitamins) and the high degree of purification.
