FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an extraction device, in particular a coffee machine comprising brewing module (10) forming a brewing chamber for single portion capsule (12), a water supply line comprising pump (5), and, as a rule, water heater (7), which makes it possible to supply pressurized water to said brewing chamber. Said extraction device also contains control system (9) for the pump, wherein above-mentioned control unit (9) may be integrated in the pump or may be located at least partially outside the pump, and means for measuring the flow rate of the fluid in said brewing chamber.
EFFECT: in accordance with the invention, control unit (9) is designed so that at least under predetermined conditions the output of pump (5) depends on the flow rate of the fluid, in particular, so that the output of the pump with a smaller fluid flow is less than the output of the pump with a greater fluid flow.
