FIELD: materials science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the polymer materials science and can be used in electronics for the cold-resistant products with high dielectric constant and low dielectric losses manufacturing. Described is the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene based composite material production method, comprising the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene and electrically conductive carbon nanotubes mixing in the non-polar organic solvent, in which into the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene solution in the non-polar organic solvent with a ratio of 0.07 vol.% a weighed quantity of electrically conductive carbon nanotubes is added, mixture is subjected to the ultrasonic dispersion with intensity of 290 W/cm2 for 20 minutes at 125 °C, the resulting homogeneous solution is filtered and the precipitate is dried.
EFFECT: obtained is the composite material with high frost resistance, wear resistance and resistance in aggressive environments, having high dielectric constant and low dielectric losses.
