FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: using: for the liquid crystal displays creation. Essence of invention consists in the fact that the matrix substrate contains data transmission lines and the scan lines, as well as plurality of the red, green, and blue subpixels. Data transmission lines and the scan lines are intersecting, but do not touch each other. Red, green and blue subpixels are arranged in the line in parallel along the data transmission lines. Each subpixel connects the corresponding scan line and the data transmission line through the thin-film transistor. In each pixel area at least one subpixel is placed, and forming the two neighboring pixel areas the scan lines are different. Two adjacent subpixels have the opposite polarity, and arranged in the line horizontally along the scan lines subpixels have the same color.
EFFECT: enabling the data transmission lines number reduction possibility, as well the space preservation for wiring on the matrix substrate, the opaque areas number reduction and increase in the aperture ratio.
