FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of forming images on a display screen. Result is achieved due to that display comprises a plurality of regions, each region comprising a plurality of pixel lines, said display comprising at least said first region and said second region, wherein first region has a first plurality of lines and second region has a second plurality of lines, wherein said updating comprises driving pixels of first and second regions according to each of a plurality of frames, wherein method comprises steps of: driving pixels of first and second regions according to said first frame when scanning said lines of said regions from a first end of said regions to opposite end of said regions, wherein said one end is end of first region, and said opposite end is end of second region, wherein said second end is located opposite to said first end along scanning direction; and driving pixels of first and second regions according to a second frame when scanning said lines of said regions from said one end of said regions to said opposite end of said regions, wherein scanning according to second frame begins before scanning according to second frame reaches said opposite end.

EFFECT: technical result is elimination of artifacts when displaying images on a display screen.
