FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to functional food products for a balanced diet, intended for residents of the Northern Territories, people working on a rotational basis in the North, athletes during a period of increased physical exertion. Food product includes plants grown in the conditions of the Northern latitudes, and is a mixture of dry components in the following ratio, g: dried lentils – 100.0, dried potatoes – 100.0, dried carrots – 100.0, dried white mushrooms – 100.0, tomatoes dry powder – 100.0, dried onions – 20.0, dried parsley – 7.0, dried basil – 1.5, iodized salt – 10.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a product with an increased amount of vegetable protein and high caloric content, which helps to restore the body during high energy consumption and stress caused by the uncomfortable climatic conditions of the North and high physical exertion.
