SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to functional food product of vegetative composition. Functional product, characterized by weight of 786 g, is a composition containing the following ratio of initial components, g: buckwheat groats – 300.0; dried carrots – 100.0; dried leek – 100.0; dried celery stalk – 100.0; dried milled tomatoes – 100.0; dried coriander leaves – 10.0; parsley dried – 30.0; dried basil – 30.0; iodised salt – 16.0.
EFFECT: product with high caloric content, high content of vitamins, macro- and microelements, compensates for their deficiency among residents of northern regions of Russia, promotes recovery of organism at high power consumption of persons engaged in heavy physical work or sports activity, in conditions of northern regions.
