SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and production of products containing biologically active substances. Biologically active product is presented in the form of variants. In all versions, the product contains dried green lentil seedlings, green buckwheat, chickpea, dried broccoli sprouts and/or broccoli powder, dried sorghum sprouted seeds or sorghum flour, trehalose, amaranth flour, pea protein isolate, defatted lecithin, papain, ascorbyl palmitate, cedar nuts cake. In the first version, the product also contains a dried fruit-and-berry mixture including cranberries, red bilberries, blueberries, black grape powder, apple pectin, as well as black caraway seed powder, linseed flour, stevioside in certain proportions. In the second version, the product contains powders of dried vegetables – pumpkin, girasol, carrots, tomatoes and spinach, garlic, – turmeric and black caraway seeds, as well as chia flour, iodized salt at specified ratio of components. In the third version, the product contains a dessert mixture consisting of milled dried strawberries, dried pears, raisins, dried apricots, dried crushed almonds, cocoa powder, dry coconut milk, apple pectin and powdered black caraway seeds, cinnamon and vanilla, as well as chia flour, stevioside in certain proportions. In the fourth version, the product contains powders of dried mushrooms – champignons, porcino, Reishi mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms – as well as black caraway seeds and ginger powder, chia flour, dry coconut milk and iodized salt at the specified components ratio. In the fifth version, the product contains powders of dried spices – turmeric, chicory, cumin, garlic, vanilla, black caraway seeds, ginger roots, calamus root, cinnamon, red pepper ground, ground black pepper, dried rosemary, ground cloves, milled dill seeds – as well as crushed birch buds, green tea extract, apple pectin, dry coconut milk and iodized salt at specified ratio of components. In the sixth version the product contains powders of dried greens – spinach, parsley, celery, basil, coriander – powder of black caraway seeds, garlic, horse radish, ginger, as well as chia flour, dry coconut milk with certain components ratio.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce balanced high-grade food possessing geroprotective properties and high biological activity.
