FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of monolithic fibre-matrix composite parts and can be used to obtain insulating elements that can withstand high temperatures and high internal and external pressures. Fibre preform (1) is made having a multilayer structure containing flexible inner layer (4), two external fibre carcasses of carbon fibres (2, 3) located on opposite outer surfaces of flexible inner layer (4), and filamentous areas (8, 9), passing through fibre skeletons (2, 3). Said preform (1) is impregnated with resin, then vulcanized and inner layer (4) is removed. Preliminary compaction of the preform is carried out by vapour infiltration during a chemical reaction for applying a carbon layer on the preform. Resulting structure is strengthened by liquid silicon infiltration. Before silicon infiltration in the workpiece, threaded holes and/or channels are made to install means for supplying a cooling agent. Finished part contains two layers of composite material, separated from each other and connected by a plurality of thread-like separators made of composite material.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the characteristics of the products.
