SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Instrument for tunnel femtosecond laser mass spectrometry of corneal collagen contains a cannula with a curved working part connected to the source of the photosensitizer solution supply. Working part of the cannula is made in the form of a semi-ring, bent at an angle of 45° to the axis of the cannula and the crease by the average radius of curvature tunnel. End of the working part is bent outward at an angle of not more than 10° in the plane of the semi-ring and is provided on the inside of the semi-ring with a through slot, opposite to the working, end of the cannula is connected with a flexible tube to the source of supply of the photosensitizer solution through the transition cannula.

EFFECT: application of this invention will improve the efficiency and safety of surgery for the treatment of keratoconus.
