FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and radiation diagnosis, and can be used to study the colour vision of a person. Pupillary reaction of the eye is analyzed. White light is first applied to eye, then light fluxes with a wavelength of 671 nm, 546 nm and 435 nm with the same intensity, which are used sequentially. Continuous collection of data on the pupillary reaction of the eye to applying light is carried out with video-fixing equipment with a shooting speed of at least 30 frames per second. Indicators of pupillary reaction of the eye are compared when subjected to white light flux and light fluxes with a wavelength of 671 nm, 546 nm and 435 nm. With a decrease in such indicators of the pupillary reaction of the eye as AC, VC, TLR, TR, more than 15 % are diagnosed with impaired colour perception.
EFFECT: method provides improved accuracy of quality control of colour vision, providing the ability to detect small and minor deviations of colour vision, as well as reducing the measurement time by reducing AC, VC, TLR, TR by more than 15 % when comparing exposure to white light and light fluxes with a wavelength of 671 nm, 546 nm and 435 nm by means of video fixing equipment.
