FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical technology and medicine, specifically to method for producing polymeric antitumor particles in flow microreactor and lyophilisate based on them. Method consists in passing aqueous phase through flow microreactor consisting of polyvinyl alcohol with a volume ratio of 0.5 % aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and ethanol, equal to 1:3, and non-aqueous phase consisting of solution of docetaxel with concentration of 0.75 mg/ml and copolymer of lactic and glycolic acid PLGA 50/50 with concentration of 5 mg/ml in acetone, the ratio of docetaxel and copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids to the volume of acetone is in the range of 1:150–1:200, followed by mixing aqueous and non-aqueous phases with formation of suspension of polymer particles, removing from suspension ethanol and acetone, evaporating them under vacuum, removing excess polyvinyl alcohol by centrifuging, mixing the suspension with an aqueous solution of D-mannitol, freezing and then freeze-drying for a day.

EFFECT: increase in the content in polymer particles of hydrophobic drug substance docetaxel with optimal physico-chemical characteristics, which allows you to create effective drugs for treatment of cancer.
