FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry, namely, devices for pressing products from concrete mixtures. Device includes a fixed frame 1, a table 2 for pallets 9, a vibro-impactor 3 connected to the table 2 by means of anti-vibration supports 4, the yoke 5 with the punches 6 and placed below it a bottomless matrix 8 which is closed around the perimeter and contacts through the tray 9 with the surface of the table 2 and is fixed in the box of matrices 7. Box of matrices 7 and the traverse 5 of the punches are fixedly connected with the corresponding pairs of rods 10, 12 hydraulic jacks 11, 13 with communicating hydraulic cavities. Axis of the rods of the pairs of jacks 11 and 13 are located symmetrically with respect to the centers of the moved masses in the same plane with them. Moreover, the plane I-I of the axes of pairs of jacks 11 traverse 5 punches and the plane II-II of the location of the axes of pairs of jacks 13 boxes of matrices are located on different diagonals of the upper plane of the matrix 8.
EFFECT: simplification of the drive system for vertical movements of the crosshead 5 with punches 6 and the boxes of matrices 7 with matrix 8, while ensuring enhanced operational capabilities.
