FIELD: production of construction items using a method of semidry vibrocompression.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for production of construction items using a method of semidry vibrocompression. Technical result - increasing quality of items produced at the expense of increase of stacking density of the mixture. The device includes a fixed frame, a mobile table with vibrators, guiding columns. A cross-bar with holders embracing the guiding columns and a puncheon and a placed under it closed on the perimeter bottomless mould fixed on brackets and having a contact through a drain pan with a surface of the table, cylinders of upright motion of the mould and the puncheon. The frame is supplied with immovable supports of the table and with the elastic provided with guiding bushes vibroisolated supports of the columns located in the upper part of the frame. The upper parts of columns have stops with their lower parts fast fixed by brackets of the mould. Besides the mould and the puncheon are directly linked with the table by cylinders of vertical motion mounted on the table.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase quality of the produced items at the expense of increase of stacking density of the mixture.
