SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a powder container, a nozzle insertion element attached to a powder container, and an image forming apparatus including a powder container. Claimed group of inventions includes an element for inserting a nozzle that is housed in a powder container used in an image forming device, a powder container and an image forming device. Element for inserting the nozzle contains: opening/closing element (332) for moving to the opening position for opening the open part for inserting the nozzle by pressing it on the transmitting nozzle thus inserted and to the closing position for closing the open part for inserting the nozzle, when the transmitting nozzle is separated from the element for inserting the nozzle and sealing element (333), which is placed on the open part for inserting the nozzle and in which there is through hole (333h) into which the transmitting nozzle is inserted, while the opening/closing element includes: front cylindrical part (332c) which comes into contact with the inner surface of the through hole, and slip region (332d), which is formed on the outside with respect to the front cylindrical part, and is satisfied W1 < W4, where W1 is the inner diameter of the through hole and W4 is the outer diameter of the sliding area of the opening/closing element.

EFFECT: technical result is to prevent cohesion of the powder using a simple structure.
